ELIGIBILITY

Below is information regarding eligibility for Military Class travel.

Valid for military confirmed passenger with id.

  • Valid for a military passenger traveling on officially excused absence such as leave or furlough. passenger must present a valid active duty armed forces of the u.s. id card.
  • Valid for military passenger travelling within 7 days of discharge from active military service passenger must present separation papers.
  • Military passenger must be travelling at own expense.
  • The term military passenger includes personnel on active military service in any one of the u.s. military agencies/ including national guard.
  • The term military passenger does not include personnel on temporary duty orders traveling to or from their temporary duty station or the Merchant Marines.

Or - for military reserve on active duty with id.

  • Valid for military passenger travelling on officially excused absence such as leave or furlough. passenger must present a valid military id and active duty orders.
  • Valid for military passenger travelling within 7 days of discharge from active military service passenger must present separation papers.
  • Military passenger must be travelling at own expense.
  • The term military passenger includes personnel on active military service in any one of the u.s. military agencies/ including national guard.
  • The term military passenger does not include personnel on temporary duty orders traveling to or from their temporary duty station or the Merchant Marines.

Or - for spouse/dependent children of military personnel 12 or older with id.

  • A dependent must be the spouse/child of the military passenger and present proper id.
  • If the military dependents surname is different evidence must be submitted to the satisfaction of the carrier concerning dependency status.
  • Upon request of the carrier, military family group passengers must present documentation when checking in.

Or - for military child 2-11 with id.

  • Child must be a military dependent.
  • A military dependent at least 10 yrs old must present a tan uniform services dependent id and privilege card marked active.
  • A military dependent under 10 yrs must present proper id.
  • If the military dependent/s surname is different evidence must be submitted to the satisfaction of the carrier concerning dependency status.
  • Upon request by carrier military family group proper id.
  • If the military dependent/s surname is different evidence must be submitted to the satisfaction of the carrier concerning dependency status.
  • Upon request by carrier military family group passengers must present documentation when checking-in.
